Werecreatures; I'm thinking about straying away from the boring "werecats" and "werewolves," would it be okay if it's like, a werebadger or something? Heh.

Hi, been looking around for a bit and I'm definitely interested in joining. Thing is, I'm incredibly indecisive. xD I'm leaning toward making a pukis - it's a spirit that steals things for its master, you can find the article on Encyclopedia Mythica. There's not much actual info on it (when I google it I get a bunch of stuff about food  ; not exactly what I was going for, eheh), so I was just going to tweak it a little to make it more suitable for the board but stay true to the description I found. I just figured I'd ask and make sure that type of critter was allowed before going and making an application and whatnot. |

A pukis is a dragon like spirit but if you take a different route, as we don't allow animals as player characters (Even spirit ones) then it's perfectly fine. That's a pretty cool idea and I believe we don't have anything like that yet.

Actually, aitvaras is the dragon spirit, though it pretty much does the same thing a pukis does, as does a para. The pukis is Latvian myth, whereas aitvaras is Lithuanian and the para is Finnish. Er.. sorry, I spend too much time on that site looking up useless things. o3o ...Aw darn, now I got the idea to take a para and make it some kinda tiny cat-girl spirit that steals stuff. ; Nope, nope, will resist the urge. Expect an app up as soon as I can sort out a history and stuff. |
