What do you want to see?

BPRD is gonna be getting a few updates later on in the next month or so and before that's done, Frankie, Evie and I would like to know if there's anything you'd like to see? Is there something that you'd like added to the OOC, IC boards?

To start us off, I have a couple of ideas.

1. We've been up now for a little over a year and a half, I think we deserve a mascot. I've thought about, this place and this one here for a cyber mascot. Anyone else have suggestions and thoughts?

2. A change in avatar size. We have the traditional 100x100 but what about a 130x170 or even a 150x200.

So that's just off the top of my head, we would really like to see your opinion here to make BPRD a better place for everyone.

Bump because it needs it. What about character journals? Something to write past things, thoughts, post images of your character just for fun? Anything you'd like to see that strikes your fancy?

2) Most of the forums I have been on either have asked for donations for large avatars, or used them as an incentive to be an active member of the forum; granted on merit. I know I've only been here a short time, but I'm actually liking the small avatar size, it is less distracting.

Awww, that is too cute! *Clears throat* I mean, yes, that would a adequate small thing to look at. XD I also thought a red cat might work, but a Cthulhu is pretty darn awesome.

Donations? Whu? Is this for proboards or other board providers? I know ezboard yuku has like a treasure box you can donate to, at least back in the day I RPed there. But I wouldn't ask anything from you guys. I admit, I'm liking the default sized avatars too, makes it easier to find/make them. ^^

I would love to see a place where people can write journals, or ims to each other IC, or phonecalls. I think that builts up character relationships and makes them seem more real. As for the avatars, they are fine. I'm pretty happy with everything. Ummm...hmmm...it might be fun to have like a IC Ball/Dance too. But I guess that goes into plottage, so nevermind.

And I agree with Seyenna about the journals and so forth. Mostly because I want to have Frankie angst angst angst all in her I mean what?

I remember we tried to do an OOC High School dance but only Kasim and Jules ever replied...

ALSO I just thought of a "Bulletin Board" or something of the like for each affiliation. Like the Bureau could have a random fun Bureau Board for announcements like "Ballroom Dancing Wednesday Nights" or "Lost Cat. Answers to the name Muffins." And for the other realms it could advertise or have personal ads or whatever. It's be fun, but doesn't necessarily need to tie in with the game.

I really like the Bulletin Board, but I think maybe just one overall thing? I guess it would be sort of OOC in that regard, but it could for sure have game stuff in it.

Furthermore: yes to journals, those could be cool. And the ballroom dance thing had me giggling over imagining all the characters in formal wear.

I'm kinda a fan of journals too, but I'd let you guys use it for whatever. Journals, random back stories, character thoughts, pictures, anything you'd like.

A Bulletin Board eh? Intriguing. *Pondering pose* I like that, of course I like the excuse to throw up a scribble or two of random doodles of lost cats and pranks.

I also thought it over, and perhaps you could make an OOC section where people could write fanfics, poetry, or even post drawings related to our site’s theme? I’ve been on boards where people have really showcased themselves to have great talent, and it’s a lot of fun. People might also be able to make cool videos for the site and show them off there.

I'd like to see graphic (as in picture) titles for factions. There's a way (I'd have to look on my old board) to put a picture instead of a groupname, and I think it would be sweet to have them here. We already have a sweet skin here, and I think pic groupnames could be a nifty addition.
