Gender: Make sure to fix that field, just the "gender" part should be purple while "male" should be the regular ol' red.
Abilities: What are the specifics that he controls? Does he lean more toward weather or actual gasses. (No jokes, please ~_^) Does he change temperature, gravity or even mess with the oxygen/carbon dioxide in the earth atmosphere to screw with plants, animals and people? What would be the downside to this, the upside? Weaknesses?
Appearance: How tall is he, how much does he weight. A roundabout number is good.
Style: The BPRD has ties with the FBI and it's plausible for a CIA agent to be transfered into the Bureau but he would wear the traditional FBI gear instead of CIA no matter how similar they may be. I just mean you can keep what he wears, just change CIA to FBI.
History: When did Levi come into his powers? I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more fleshing out of his history just to encompass his powers, growing up with them, was he ever adopted or did he just float around in the system till 18? Who/what were his parents like that gave him up. Has he never had the chance to contact them, does he even want to?
At what age did he become a detective? The jump from detective to CIA is a pretty big leap and there's not too much in there on how he became a CIA agent. A couple sentences here is perfectly acceptable on how he made the CIA team. When he joined the BPRD, was his powers known or did he keep them a secret until he was apart of the Bureau and then came clean?
RP Experience: That just needs to be filled in with however long you've been Rping and any RPing tidbits you'd like to add.
Overall: I'm seeing a few misspelled words but that's as simple as running through the spell checker here and a quick run through with your own eyes. Sometimes the spell checker here doesn't catch everything, like misused words that are actually spelled right.
Edit: Excellent, fantastic changes just one last little bit.
Weaknesses: Under here, list some power weaknesses. Does it wear him out, can he actually hurt himself using his powers, what his control. Just how far does his powers stretch, is it just in the vicinity of where he is or can do stretch to the next town over? All that good stuff.
