The Handler
Name: Ulaena Farasha
Nickname: Prowler, DiamondEye

Appearance: Uleana stands a t 5'9, and adpots a medium-sized build. Being quite athletic, she has a small waist but thick arms and legs for strength. Her eyes are pure white, which allows her to see the aura or spirit of a being. Her face is sharp, which makes up for her prominent cheekbones, and full lips. Her hair is extremely long and wavy, which hangs around her hips. The color of her hair is a soft red, almost scarlet, but the tone usually depends on her mood. Her skin is lightly toned, and pale. She is known to be rather flexible, but she does have her limits.
Attire: If she is not in a fight, she is seen wearing a red-lace dress, which falls in curtains to her ankles. It has gold embroidery all over, along with a gold-studded belt around her waist. Her battle clothes are golden armor, with rubies imbedded in them. The usual - breast plate, gauntlets, shin caps...etc...along with a black skirt underneath. Basically, almost royal attire, but she never wants to steep lower than Nuada himself.
The Creation
Name: Uleana. Or DiamondEye, as she named her Panther form. Prowler is more of a petname in her human form.
Power List: She has two abilities. As a witch, she has the power to absorb energy and release it in a blast (Energy Manipulation). If her mission involves pure strength, she has the ability to shapeshift into a hybrid version of herself, in the form of a black panther.
Detailed Power: Energy Manipulation - Usually powered through her hands, she can signal her arm in a wide-sweep motion as she absorbs and sends balls of red electricity back at the enemy. Depending on how much energy she absorbs, the energy ball only gets bigger and more powerful. But, the bigger it is, the more of her energy is drained. This power is required for her to transform, considering it drains much of her energy. Usually, she does not use it against her enemies, but waits until she transforms, which is where her true power lies. Panther Form - More like a Werewolf form, but simply a black panther. She does not have the full-moon force-morph like a Werewolf, which means she can transfom into the creature at will. As long as her strength is to the maximum. The panther stands just as tall as her, and adopts the same human form hower slightly 'hulked-out.' A panther head is substituted for her own, such as the hands and feet. She is covered in black fur, and a long tail. Just picture a panther on two legs, fully adorned in her gold battle armor. She can only communicate via thought-speak in this form. It is only for brute strength, so she uses no weapons but her catlike agility, strength and senses.

Personality: Uleana is a wild soul, with a taste for sweet victory. She takes pride in her accomplishments and is quite seen as very seductive. She is extrememly cunning, devious as mischevious. She is very witty, and finds most people boring, except for Prince Nuada himself, who she has a secret crush on. She takes pleasure in watching other people's pain, and does not easily give in. She would rather work alone, and can get angry and annoyed very easily.
She is stronger on her own, and loves to be the center of attention. She loves the night, where her panther form hides well in the shadows. She dislikes humans, and their selfish ways. Although, she feels she is becoming more like them. She doesn't believe in using powers for 'personal gain', but she is a dark witch so it doesn't matter.
Skills: Growing up as a witch, she is rather skilled at divination, but moreso the use of Tarot cards. She has become somewhat of an oracle to Nuada, but relies more on her offensive power in her missions rather than divination. She does not believe the use of weapons for combat, and believes that it does not show great power. In saying this, she is perfect for hand-to-hand combat, and combines her energy drainage abilities with her basic martial arts. She is no blackbelt, but only uses those skills in dire situations. But she mainly relies on her cat-like abilities.
Strengths: Tarot reading, stealth, immense strength, energy drainage, working alone.
Weaknesses: Those with equal or more strength to her panther form, competition, the BPRD.
The Story
History: Uleana was born to a royal family, in a distant land known as Lithia, and remained the fabled Princess for thousands of years. For the first few decades of her life, she grew up in the noble land learning about her heritage and ancient family. Like herself, her family were shapeshifters, fully composed of all kinds of felines, however the only thing was, they fought on the side of good. Back then, she was all for it and helped the royal guards catch those who dared to defy them. She was a young rebel, and grew up without any sibling to compete with. She enjoyed life as best she could, and learned the art of divination through Tarot Card readings. She practice her power of Energy Manipulation. The first and only power she grew up with. She got so good at it, that she had even predicted how corrupted the near future would become by combining that spiritual energy with the cards.
Her parents grew worried, and soon enough, murders were being commited all over the city. Palace Guards were dying in horiffic and morbid ways. The carriage horses became possessed and slaughtered innocent townspeople. Too many things were happening, and soon enough, they started to believe Uleana's story. But it was not until this mysterious force killed her parents. At first she didn't realise what was happening, but until she stood alone within the palace walls did she realise it was all her doing. Her power's, to manipulate one's energy, had consumed her completely. She had drained her own energy, and allowed dark spirits to take over her during the process when she became vulnerable.
The spirit had come with a price, where she considered it to be beneficial. The Black Panther - A hybrid form which has transformed into the animal that best described her personality. Powerful senses, strength and agility. It became darkened by this spirit, and soon enough, her soul. It was a form that could destroy anything in her path, now that it was corrupted. She used this ability as revenge, but it was not until the Angels descended from the heavens and condemned her a stone prison. Her form was turned into stone, and surrounded by enchantments to make sure she did not escape.
It was not until thousands of years later, where her legend had passed to ancient generations, and was finally released from her tomb by Prince Nuada. Ever since, she has pledged her legience to him.
