THE BLUE PALACE
Queen Nuala's court is nestled away from the world in what members of her kingdom call the Blue Palace. Built on the remains of Palmyra, New York, the Blue Palace is less of a building and more of a structure that is symbiotic with nature. Blue stone is blanketed with ivy and trees, shrubberies, and flowers grow without a thought wherever they wish. It is in this beautiful place that Nuala holds court and makes her home. Some courtiers whisper that the blue stone was chosen to remind Nuala of her icthyosapien lover, but whether that's the case or not, the blue stone gives the palace its name. Reflecting pools, sprawling gardens, and soaring turrets accompany the palace and make it a glorious place that is hard for anyone to want to leave.
