Alright, how should we start this and who should start it? I'm thinking it takes place mid-Julyish, but whatever is fine with me! And tactically, I think they should enter the Bureau after dark and utilize pre-war night vision goggles to hopefully get the drop on whatever lurks within.

Also, Frankie in my head is nicknaming Deadhead and Clayton "Jerky" and "Homeless guy" respectfully. But she's not going to call them that. Disrespectful!

Sounds good to me. I'm thinking Frankie and Deadhead could meet Clayton a ways from the current Bureau and have him help them navigate past dangerous areas.

*Wanders in and falls on everyone* Might Maggie get in on this? Mission goodness yes, but it's a part of her life she's never known. Her parents lived there and there's memories and possibly photos that haven't been burned and she'll never say it, but she'd appreciate it. It's cool if not! Just thought I'd ask. ^___^

Maggie on the other hand, she could just show up because how dare you leave without her and she'll protect you all from the bad things.

I just want to check to make sure stuff's not... stagnant? Silas, awesome-face, have the responsibility of starting the thread been conferred upon you? I wasn't sure and I know you've had crazy workness. Because if not, I would be more than willing to start it! Because reasons.

If you want to go ahead, be my guest! I still owe you and Deadhead one from like, two days ago so that's going to be my main priority. (I HAVE TWO DAYS OFF OH GOD THANK GOD).

Also I'm a total creeper and lurking in the "Amazing adventures of Ludmilla and Frankie", and they're awesome.

Sorry to interrupt, but I was wondering about the present-day thread with Frankie and Ludmila and whether or not we should start it soon (the Shadow of Evil thread will probably take a while).

That sounds lovely! Did you have any particular situation in which you'd like Frankie and Ludmila to meet up?

I had thought maybe Frankie had a report about her drinking on the job come across her desk so she goes to find her and see what's up. Or something. Or, there's also the 4th of July stuff (which I honestly picture Frankie spending it doing paperwork, drinking tea, and humming "God Save the Queen" loudly to herself), so there's that.

But did you have anything particular in mind?

Ludmila doesn't care much for the 4th of july so she'd probably just stay locked up, drinking heavily and simmering in regret and bitterness...so yeah, the report idea seems better. Frankie would just have to take Ludmila aside and have a private chat with her. I'd like Ludmila to get really, really angry (not at Frankie but her life) so if Frankie could inadvertently make her lose it and bring all the repressed anger, bitterness and sadness to the surface it would be great.
