"I'm fine." Frankie insisted, accepting the handkerchief and blotting the blood from her face. "I hope you don't mind blood stains. I think some club soda will take it right out, though." Slowly the white handkerchief turned a purplish-red as the blood dried and accumulated on the white linen, and Frankie's face looked less and less like she had just been in a horror movie. "But I suppose I should stop by the med bay, just in case. You never know, there could be a random bullet still in my skull." She smiled darkly and handed the handkerchief back to Angeleanna.
It was then that she heard that the jackass who had attacked her was actually a member of the bureau. Seriously? Would the bureau be stupid enough to let in a guy who was obviously unbalanced and powerful, especially with that pathetic little guard? She was losing more and more faith in the governments of the world by the day.
>>Arkins began to be dragged away, and offered little resistance until they neared Frankie and Angeleanna, Arkins slowed himself. He snorted a bit more blood out of his nose, before looking over at the women "Ladies," He said with a nod and a smile, "Brit, my sincerest apologies for all the shooting of you. Hey, you come down to my cell and I'll make it up to you. That goes for you too sister," Arkins continued, laughing at his little joke.<<
Frankie replied with the vulgar gesture of erecting her middle finger on her right hand. "And I suggest that if we're ever paired up on a mission together that you watch your back, because I certainly won't be, jackass!" Frankie's expression had momentarily turned to one of anger, but it returned to placid calm as she turned to the nun. "My apologies, Sister. Now, how about that cup of tea? After the med bay, of course." Something caught Frankie's attention, and she took a few steps forward and picked up a lone book laying among the destruction, the reason she had taken this way after all. After inspecting it, she found no stains or damage done to it. Good. That would save her any dour looks from the icthyo sapien who seemed almost like the library's maintainer.

Brilliant blue eyes latched onto the bloody handkerchief as the color spread, staining the pristine white. So easy was it to spill blood and laugh afterwards, not too many were as fortunate as Francesca and the nun accepted the hanky, giving quiet thanks to her Lord that the woman was as fantastic as God made her. “Please, don’t worry about it,” she replied to the stained material, folding it lightly. “It is but a simple square of cloth that has one purpose.” Her fingertips touched the edges of the bloodstains before she turned to look at the state of the far less then fortunate agents, missing the well aimed punch of her angelic kin.
“…That goes for you too sister,"
She frowned slightly at the terrible innuendos thrown at her before looking past him at Pierce and Hellboy, taking in their scrapped and scarred appearance. “Are you both all right?” Angeleanna tucked away the hanky before raising a hand to stop the group. “Wait.” She pulled the edge of her long black sleeve down and carefully raised it towards Anton’s face to wipe away the slick red blood that coated his face. She was cautious to keep a respectable distance and her lips curled sadly, the smile not quite reaching her gaze. “Whatever wrong has been done to you, I hope amends can be made.”
Angel nodded her head firmly before stepping back to look once again at the Bureau’s resident demon. It was still a strange sight to behold, she had seen her share of bad looks, good soul but few had looked as frightening as Hellboy. He was very much the essence of what a person pictured as a creature of the night and yet, beside him stood the epitome of the world’s view on Angelic beings, Pierce. Her voice took on a slightly more scolding tone as she addressed the two. “You should be looked over as well. There is no bravery in ignoring injuries, only foolishness.”
"My apologies, Sister. Now, how about that cup of tea? After the med bay, of course."
Angeleanna sighed, everyone seemed bent on sinning and then apologizing afterwards to her. She supposed it went with the profession but she wasn’t the one they should be apologizing to. She prayed the men that took the stranger away would not harm any further and prove to be the bigger ones. “Yes.” She turned towards Francesca, her bloodied state still a shock as she held a book in her hands. “That sounds good.”

Arkins winked at Frankie as she brought her middle finger to bare. "Is that a promise of things to come?" He asked with a wide grin.
"And I suggest that if we're ever paired up on a mission together that you watch your back, because I certainly won't be, jackass!" Frankie shouted angrily.
"Oh someone's angry. I swear, get some of that tension out aye?" He continued in his sort of mocking flirt. Before he could say any more, the nun stopped the guards from continuing to cart him off, wiping the blood from Arkins' face.
It cleaned him slightly, though did little in the long run, as the broken nose continued it's steady slow stream of blood.
“Whatever wrong has been done to you, I hope amends can be made,” The nun said somewhat peaceably, although she looked mildly put off by Arkins as a whole.
His mocking smile faded, and he smiled in earnest to the nun, nodding a silent thanks.
"Hey, you know, I take back my proposal from you sister. Though can't say I'd do the same for your brit friend, her fightin' spirit gets me going if you know what I mean. But respect to you sister, you ever get bored come on down to my cell and you and me can chat aye? He laughed softly, rattling his cuffs behind him, "Alright boys, let's go see this cell of mine!"
The guards jerked him forward, clearly no fan of their newest teammate, and they swiftly left.
"Just great," Hellboy grunted, all but ignoring the nun's comments directed toward him. "Think I'll take a trip down to Manning's office. Have a chat with him," he continued, more to himself than anything.

>>“Please, don’t worry about it,” she replied to the stained material, folding it lightly. “It is but a simple square of cloth that has one purpose.”<<
"I thank you then, sister." The dried blood on Frankie had begun to darken and harden into a crust. While Angeleanna spoke soft words to Arkins, Frankie absentmindedly scraped the blood from her chin and ears. She smiled softly as she thought of what Henry would say if he saw her covered in blood.
"Good lord, are you hurt? What happened? Wait...I'm not sure I want to know." And then Henry, being a doctor, would inspect her for any wounds before bringing out a basin of hot water and soap and would then cleanse the blood from her. Frankie's smile faded and she checked the book once more to ensure there was no blood staining it.
>>“Yes.” She turned towards Francesca, her bloodied state still a shock as she held a book in her hands. “That sounds good.”<<
"Alright, then." Frankie said, stepping over a dried pool of her own blood. "I suppose...follow me then."
