Hellboy 2 DVD

That's right, if you've been scouring the net as I have, you'll know it's coming out on the 11th of this month. Yes! 5 days and counting. It's suppose to be a 3 disk special packed with lots and lots of goodies. So who's excited?

On a slightly related note, has anyone bought the art of HB2? Did you see the extra special bit at the end of it? I wonder if it would at least be story boarded, that would be such a awesome leading into the third movie.

EFF TO THE YEAH!
I have Tuesday off of work and school, so tomorrow night I shall stay up insanely late to do homework, and maybe by then it will be after midnight, and I shall walk my happy butt over to my neighborhood Smith's and buy the crap out of the THREE!DISK special edition. I am going to watch it until my eyes bleed. And my apartment complex has a movie theater, so I am going to utilize the CRAP out of that.

Was the art of HB2 a book? At m local Barnes and Noble they have an anthology of all the graphic novels, but I didn't see the art of HB2.

Have you guys watched the special features on the DVD? Zomg, they are amazing.
The bloopers are kinda lame - but when Service of the Demon special thing is freakin' awesome.
I just spent the better part of my day obsessing over it with my friend, xD

Annnnd, I totally have the art of HB2, and the whole Zinco-Kroenen- thing is actually made into an animated comic on the DVD, so yeah. Teh awesome!

Ha! I just watched the animated comic bit. Loved it and the bloopers. I need to watch the rest of the goodies but I'm pacing myself to really enjoy all the awesome extras that are... Hellboy 2 goodness.

Though I did watch one extra deleted scene with Manning and the coffee bit. That was surprisingly hilarious.

I have forced the DVD into my brothers faces telling them I want it for Christmas. Hopefully they'll be nice to me this year and will get it for me. xD It looks awesome!

Ah, I won't be able to watch it until Christmas. My boyfriend told me he'd buy me the $50 set, which comes with a poster and a figurine, and if I have someone else buy the DVD he'll be upset. :/

I've gotta get out to my area's B&N and get that, in my opinion, the comics are even a bit better than the movies, if that's possible.

I love the comics and I've been collecting them for a while, I even did track down the resource book about the comics. It is Amazing! I'm on the hunt for Odder jobs, I have the first and third but the second is proving to be a real putz to track without giving in and going online.

Edit: Also, Guillermo's voice over gives sooo much insight to the movie and what he invisioned for the characters. I totally cried over Abe and Nuala and Liz and Red scene's together.

i was one of those people who reserved it, so i got a free poster, too. my dad got me the one w/ the belt buckle, and i just got the 3 disk limited edition w/ golden army statue-thing and del Toro's notebook! *FAINTS* sooooo.......much...Hellboy!!!! i cried for Abe in theatres, just like i cry every time i see pan's labyrinth
