Basic Information
Full Name: Azazel-Ghul
Age: Unknown to most, but his age is thought to be 2,000.
Gender: Male.
Birthday: February 13th.
Codename: Ghoul
Classification: Ghoul
Abilities:
-Like any sort of demon, as a ghoul is classified according to Arabic mythology, he would be stronger than normal, supernaturally so. Meaning that why he may not be able to lets say just push a bus, throwing a man is something that is honestly not going to be any challenge. Adding his claws into the mix makes him a deadly weapon. Due to the usual ability to shape shift he would have as a Ghoul he has alot of animalistic agility and flexibility, but right now he doesn't have a shape to shift to. Though he does have an uncanny ability to hide.
-He has the ability to see and feel at home in the dark, easily able to use the shadows and night to his advantage. His senses are keen for the dark, making his eyes made for night as well as his nose and sense of hearing stronger to replace the loss of eyesight during the day. When its night he seems to gain alot more proficiency.
-He has toxic bodily fluids, meaning even his spit can cause extreme discomfort to living creatures. There's a reason he's called a ghoul, a sort of demon scourge. The reason why is more scientific than supernatural. Like any creature that feeds on both living and dead flesh, his body accumulates alot of the nasty bacteria that grows on that flesh, and mixes it into a potent toxic thingytail, often involving many of the deadliest individual diseases. His bite could cause someone without any medical aid to die within two days, this is a definite aid to his hunting. If prey escapes he can track. His blood is bitter and putrid as well.
Alignment/Occupation: Chaotic-Evil, BPRD for now, though he is not entirely what you would call 'loyal'.
Special Skills: He can set traps and hide and stalk enemies as well as provide a decent stealth role. He is a very skilled style assasin, his abilities not lying with the use of guns but with the use of his body to hunt.
Weapons: He has a bandolier of knives down hsi chest as well as two large african style throwing knives, of course also able to be used as close combat weaponry, it functions as a form of short sword and boomerang.
The Look
Appearance: Ghul makes it a point to hide its face from others it interacts with, only removing it in order to feast or scare someone. His skin is an ashen gray color with a hint of sickly blue. His eyes are pupiless normally. His teeth are very sharp and his jaws are very strong. His body is lean and muscular, with hands that are almost clawed more than humanoid. It looks like he prefers to sit in a crouch by how his spine seems to curve at times. His eyes are completely white during the night, and reddish during the day with actual pupils and iris. When extremely angry they seem to turn red. Under his bandages are a number of scars and noticable stitches all over them. His hair is dark, though how it looks can't be seen with the coverings. (See pic below style...)
Celebrity: None yet, I'm still working on it.
Style: Ghul prefers to wear darker nuetrals if possible, pretty much anything that matches the enviroment he's in in a way where he can blend. But he prefers to use bandages and cloth to hide his face, normally preferring some form of hood in an almost morbid fashion. If he didn't people would probably freak out when they saw him, he isn't exactly conventional.

It's The Inside That Counts
Personality: A solitary creature who prefers to stick to itself unless it needs to feed. Preferring the dark and other creatures instead of the airy elves and humans, believing that the only purpose they really have is that of prey. A hunter at heart, stalking, eavesdropping, he gains his information from listening in. Ruthless and brutal in anger and in combat, he is disdainful of what he considers weak. He has a small sense of honor in that he can appreciate a skilled opponent, but all in all he'd much rather stalk his prey than actually fight them. His voice is almost reptilian in sound, with near shakespearean speech, unfitting for modern conversation.

History:
The creature known as Azazel-Ghul has been around before most people had been civilized enough to know what he was. The origin of both the Ghoul mythology. At first satisfied with using the graveyard to gain already dead and rotting prey, staying away from living people, it graduated to hunting and killing. A demon on earth...Stalking the dark for living prey he was the scourge of the desert. No matter how people tried to kill him, he didn't die. Stabbings, shootings, stonings, the scars would be sewn together, and would heal, and he would be back, stalking the dark. But he never took more than a few, never more than he could need.
The creature had felt lonliness after a century of solitary life...and had befriended a child and her mother, who after being attacked by Templars in the Holy land were lost in the desert. Wounded after an unexpected attack by Saracens, he had finally be taken down for the count. Waking up to these two people he had poised to attack them. How this happened was by pure luck, by some sort of miracle he was unable to strike down the child, and the child had given him something...something he'd keep close to him forever. He had hidden his true form from them with cloth, he didn't want them to see him, though he didn't know they already had.
He was confused by the affection he had felt for them, and...out of a promise for them he decided that he wouldn't hunt people. He became a protector, for once abandoning his demonic nature in favor for a more peaceful life. But it ate at him, the fact that he would have to hide, and the fact that those crowds made him hunger for living prey. But he promised, and he would keep it. His feelings towards the two would grow, and the nature of his relationship with her mother was unknown but thought to be almost affectionate. He remembered it was the first time he tried human food, it wasn't bad...but it wasn't the same.
He lost that promise the minute the Templars came again, this time the razed the city, burning and killing everyone they could find. This included the two he had come so close to, and then he abandoned his promise, killing every European who entered the 'Holy Land' and causing survivors to flee back with tales of the Ghoul.
Many many years have passed and he faded into intentional obscurity, appearing to hunt and kill at random in order to eat, he has drawn the attention of international authorities. Once he was even captured by the early BPRD, in order to escape in mid transport, taking a few agents with him to feast on later. But he wouldn't fully support the war against humanity either, thinking that elves by nature were treacherous and haughty. After some time evading, constantly hiding in the desert, he became overconfident and weary of it. So while he could've said he willingly turned himself in, it was more because of far too human error on his part. He was recaptured, and after much negotiation he was released in order to be a part of the Bureau. Although at the BPRD for now, in attitude he sits on the sidelines as a nuetral, content to hunt and kill until he is either destroyed or convinced to join a side. It would be great if someone could manage to take his violent tendencies and turn them in the right direction...
The Person Behind It All
Name: Just call me Liz
Age: 21
Gender: Female
RP Experience: This is my second rpg ever.
RP Sample:
It was night now, to him life was night, a form of death during the day. He didn't need to be awake then, he could rest...it wasn't as if they would make a move to invade his place of solace during the day, they wouldn't be that smart.
No they would take him at night when they thought he could be 'negotiated' with. He wondered, was it really worth fighting against? After all...they would eventually outfight him, and it was pointless to be hurt to the point where he couldnt' hunt, and then be forced to rely on rotting meat again. That, while not entirely out of the question, was a bit less pleasant than being able to enjoy fresh meat.
Could he relive that promise he made to them? the only people he could claim he...might've cared for? Or would he always hide in the shadows forever? Perhaps it was really time...
