How did you find BPRD?

Was it by word of mouth or did you follow one our advertisements or minibanner?

I'm sure everyone's heard my story, but in the off chance you haven't, here goes! The original founder of BPRD posted a help wanted thread just before the second movie came out. I hoped on board and was the skinner and coder. Little by little my duties grew and I was dabbling in a little of everything from plot to looking over bios to writing up board descriptions. When the owner and other staff stepped down, I took over to become head admin and I've been here since day one.

I found the site through an advertisement. It was on RPG-D, I think. I was looking for a Star Wars RP, to be perfectly honest, but I found this one and thought it looked like fun. I was going to fill out an app, but I became distracted by the Star Wars RP that I hd been searching for, and the site was lost to me. Sort of like the One Ring was lost to Sauron, if you can follow that analogy.

A few months later, the Star Wars site that I was on was forced to close down, and I went on the hunt of another. When I came across BPRD the second time, I abandoned my search for a Star Wars site, and instead filled out an app here. And... here I am. I play on several other sites, including a Star Wars site that is severely inactive (-.-), and while I may not post here often (which I'm very sorry for, by the way), I am happy that I joined and that I can call this board home for one of my many alter-egos/RP characters.

Abe invited me the night I saw Hellboy II, I think. He had talked about it on the phone and stuff with me prior to me seeing HB II, and we've been playing together for...Wow, seven years now. So when I called Abe, exercising my inner-Tabby by being like, "OMGWTFBBQ I NO LONGER HAVEANY EYEBALLS FROM THAT AMOUNT OF AWESOMENESS!!!!!!1110ne!11!", Abe offered to send me the link. I joined as Frankie, then as Kasim, and when Abe took over as admin, he asked if I'd be co-admin. I accepted, and haven't looked back.

My friend affiliated with y'all on Night Chronicle. I saw the link and clicked it out of curiosity. After grappling with the urge to join I did

My home-base forum went kaputsky (after much drama), and I was looking for a new place to rp. I was fed up with my existing character stock, and sent my dear Napolyon to take a nap in my head. Alas, I was too tired to come up with an original character, and saw that you guys needed a Nuala, so I took up the challenge (we'll see how I do )
