Look at this royal bastard.
This is Riordan Silverlance, the secret (though not so secret if you put two and two together) son of King Nuada and Frankie Guidicini. He's currently a Bureau field agent and BFFs with the Bruttenholm twins. He's led a rather sheltered like. Let's fix that, shall we?
I'd be immensely interested in him meeting any elves, as the only elves he's communicated with are his aunt and cousins, and he's never met an elf in person. He'd love to get in touch with his elven heritage. I'd also be interested in his perhaps meeting subjects of his father's, as Rio's never met the elven king and such fortuitous meetings could only open up some cans of awesome worms!
He's a pretty laid back guy; he's the dude who walks around barefoot with an acoustic guitar that he doesn't play especially well. Yeah, that guy. Rio's open to new friends! And enemies would be fun, since he does his best to avoid conflict or confrontation. And a smidge of romance wouldn't be too bad though, I must warn you, he hasn't done anything regarding relationships. He'll probably be an awkward turtle.
