Hallo Hallo! your friendly neighborhood necromancer's back and ready for action with a few big changes! before i get into all that, I'd like to pose the question of the Undead in post-apocalyptia. Ghosts, zombies, and the like were always around before, but never very widespread, hence my character's job with the bureau. What I'm wondering about is what about now? I read that Russia was having problems with undead during ragnarok, what of the rest of the world? I imagine the Ogdru Jahad had a bit of a hayday with the on/off switch of life and death.

Hello Deadhead! It's so wonderful to see you again!
During Ragnarök, the veil between the mortal and other worldly plains was torn, making it much, much easier for the dead to rise due to souls/spirits not being as strictly constrained as they had been before. This mostly effects the pre-Ragnarök dead, and not so much the post-Ragnarök (meaning after the final battle) dead. Because of this, cases of the undead are far more typical than they used to be, and can sometimes happen for no reason at all.
Does that clarify things a little bit, or did I not clarify at all? XD

I think I understand. I was just wondering if there was any particular areas where it was worse than others but if it was more a widespread thing then that works too.
I'd also like to know, with the veil in disrepair does that mean that the dead rise a lot easier now than before? I'd like to know this primarily because it could mean Deadhead's job gets simultaneously harder and easier.
On top of this, I'm thinking of playing him posthumously and was wondering how viable Ragnarok might make that.

Widespread but there can be pockets of it being more, ooooh damn son!
Again that kinda depends on the area, sorta closer to ground zero the more crazy things get.
Did he die before or after Ragnarök? Or maybe during? It's okay with me if you want to play him after death, the Hellboy movie did have a undead nazi ninja running around.
