This is all based on my observational or having read the bio opinion - clearly it isn’t set in stone and essentially pits characters against one another in the absence of outside influence. Essentially it compares characters as they are in a big ol’ blank room
The smartest characters are at the top, with the list growing weaker as it goes down. Characters in the same tier are essentially even - and likely have comparable intelligence

I’ve also left out characters that haven’t managed a post yet.

And if you think I’m wrong, tell me why! This isn’t to stir up anything - but just for fun - as it’s clearly just based on my observational opinion

General Vryntil Imornthi
Prince Nuada
Derek Tomland - being able to make weapons takes a certain intelligence

I would say you forgot Ivy, considering she's got more than one degree and both of them are in scientific fields...according to the bio (first post doesn't mention it XD).
