Mostly due to my own marked interest in the game - and excitement for future mini-missions (or perhaps the big name plot missions) I've looked through the members of the B.P.R.D. in order to classify them in terms of what purpose they could serve in a group.
This list is in no ways set in stone, and is purely from my perspective. If you disagree with it - by all means tell me! Refining this list until it's perfect and useful would be great As it is, this is just my observation of what people are useful for in a mission group - and this is so a player won't have to read through all the bios if they're picked for a Leadership role
By my account there's at least 3 main marketable classes, and a number of sub-skills and abilities.
Fighter, Brains, and Support are generally the three classes that each would fall under - with their own unique skill sets to address. Fighters are primary fighters - clearly. Their strengths are largely in their ability to kick-ass and take names.
Brains are the smart kids in school. They have the knowledge, and information so the fightery types aren't going into battle with the great unknown.
Support are characters that have abilities that no one else has. Because of that, they likely can fill either role, helping out both, but specializing in neither.
