Age: You've got his birthday, just need an age to go with that.
Appearance: I'm a bit uncertain about his weight. Muscle mass always weigh more then regular... uh flesh, and the way you describe him with his build I picture him at least 20 lbs more heavier. 122 lbs is nearly waif like for a man.
Attire: What about what he wears on the job? Anything different or does he wear the same type of clothes, 24/7?
Power: So basically, he can influence emotion with his voice? I'm not all that familiar with Bardic magic of lore except for Idylls of the King's Taliesin. I'd like to see a bit more, a little more explanation and I'd like to see strengths and weaknesses, can he lose his voice after singing for extended periods of time, what would that actually do him? What is he best at, a particular emotion or song? Not everyone can be affected by his voice, who would be more susceptible to it? Someone weak willed or perhaps more in tuned to the song of choice?
History: All BPRD agents live on the premise of the Bureau and since Rowan was raised by his pop alone, he would have also lived at the Bureau. That may seem a little unethical, but Broom was a father himself and I see him making exceptions to this.
On teaching himself to play, that is exceptionally hard. Self teaching can be done but unless you're the world's best musical genius, playing 20 instruments is a bit far fetched. Same with his voice, unless this is tied into his power. Which brings me back to magic based or lack of a better term, mutant based powers. Magic comes in all forms but how exactly does the magic part come into this? What did his father do, as a BPRD agent? Was this bardic magic inherited from past family or is new? Does he cast a spell on his instruments/voice to enhance it or does he have more siren like abilities? I need to have his powers clear up a bit as I'm a little confused on exactly what it is.
