Abilities: Liz's special ability is pyrokinetic abilities. Can manipulate fire from a small flicker of a flame enough to light a cigarette or find her way through a darkened area to a massive eruptive explosion that engulfs her completely and can destroy anything surrounding her. The flames that engulf her body is used almost as a shield to defend her from opponents. Liz also learned the ability to manipulate fire into various shapes and patterns (although it's a newly acquired ability). Although she has some difficulties controlling it her progress has gotten better since her earlier years.
Alignment/Occupation: Works for the B.P.R.D (Although she leaves the bureau quite abit).
Special Skills:
Liz is in good physical shape so during a battle she is able to do basic combat moves to accomplish the goal. During a mission Liz is not best at the rough and tumble work but more so at being a guide and navigating team members from task to task. Fairly good at tech work as well.
Weapons:
Mainly uses a gun for some of her missions. Other times just her fire ability.
The Look
Appearance:
Liz, although she does not seem to notice is a fairly pretty girl. A Caucasian, medium built girl with deep, dark, intense brown eyes that seem to sparkle when she is angered. She usually has a blank or gloomy disposition about herself as if a raincloud is always falling onto of her. Her hair is medium length and dark black and had grown quite abit since her absence from the bureau. She has a pale complexion and naturally red lips (which is usually in the form of a frown or pout).

Style: Usually seen wearing black pants and a black t-shirt. Her only jewelery is a cross necklace. Outside she usually is seen wearing a leather coat and off-duty casual clothes (jeans,shirts,skirts etc) in dark colors like grays, dark blues and purples.
It's The Inside That Counts
Personality: Not a happy bubbly girl in the least, Liz can be quite cynical and pessimistic at times (her past has made her bitter and who can blame her?). She can be full of sarcastic and witty comments at times. And her temper can be horrible as well (though she probably doesn't see it that way). Deep down past all the doom and gloom and snarkyness she is a really caring girl but the past has left her badly hurt and a need to be in some sort of normal life. Guilt is another main part of her personality, feeling guilt from harming others because she was unable to control her powers. Her past episodes still haunts her to this day. Can be headstrong, but in certain situations its good to have. Loyal to her friends and people she is close to as well. Confident during battle and self sacrificing when it becomes necessary.
Likes:
Acceptance: One thing she never got her life. Growing up being different as anyone of her close friends and loved ones would know is a hard thing. shes constantly seems to be seeking out a way to blend in with the normals.
Poking fun at Hellboy: Because shes cares...honest. She's just always up for sarcastic comments and insults.
Having time to herself:She's a loner at heart. though not the happiest always when shes alone.
Dislikes:

Fears:
-Losing a loved one
-Not being able to control her powers and hurting others because of it.
-A part of her still is afraid of never being accepted for who she fully is. just like anyone in her situation would be.

History:
Liz's childhood was not a happy one to say the least.
Teased by peers quite often calling her cruel names like freak, shunning her and alienating her from the rest of her classmates, one daycausing one of her first explosive outburst of powers within her. The outcome was devastating.To say the least the event left her bitter and helpless.
She was taken and introduced to B.P.R.D. to help maintain her powers but left time and time again eventually making her check herself into a mental hospital (Bellamie hospital) to alienate herself from others as well as her powers. But it was all in vain when she again had to return to B.P.R.D when Rasputin re-awakened her powers while she slept causing yet again, a massive disaster almost destroying most of the hospital.
Once again back at B.P.R.D (after some talking from myers to convince her to go back)she still gave a cold shoulder to hellboy and was in need of a normal life away from B.P.R.D. The ordeal with Rasputin almost cost her life, but he was defeated by Hellboy and her life restored. In which her and Hellboy started there relationship together. But its not quite a happy ending...
Often having fights with "big red" and disagreements. A passionate relationship you could say. Liz seemed annoyed with HB's messy room and cocky attitude. During a mission which involved being attacked by not so friendly “Tooth Fairies” Abe soon discovered Liz being pregnant (much to her disagreement). She hesitated to tell Hellboy about it.
With Nuada's attempt to collect the pieces of the crown to take power over the great golden army as well as his declaration of war on the humans things became more intense and sticky for the group at the bureau. After Hellboy's fiasco in revealing himself to the public Liz decides it would be best if she left for abit much to his disapproval. But her plans get canceled when he is mortally wounded by Nuada when he kidnaps his sister as well as taking the map that leads to the Golden Army.
The spear that wounds Hellboy brings him closer to death and any attempts to take it out of him only bringing it nearer to his heart, Liz is crushed. Deciding to do something Liz, Abe, and Johann take hellboy to the location of the golden army. They encounter the goblin that helped create the army who leads them to no other then the Angel Of Death who had been waiting for them. Liz then pleads for the Angel Of Death to help save Hellboy even though he would eventually doom humanity and Liz would suffer greatly the Angel removes the spear and tells Liz to give him a reason to go on living. That is when she finally reveals her pregnancy to him which brings him to his feet and ready to defeat both the Golden Army and Nuada. He spares Nuada's life in which the prince plans revenge on him and the rest of the world.
Now pregnant and uncertain of the wellbeing of her unborn children as well as where she even stands with the B.P.R.D or Hellboy she left, not wanting to return.
Taking refuge in the countryside of Europe for abit, she thought she could set out a life of her own , just to figure things out with both herself and the life she was leading, but that was soon interrupted with a brush with death, an attack set out to kill her by unnamed otherworldly beings, strange shape shifters that hid in the darkness of the small cottage she tried to call home. She decided to return for the safety of her children...

Liz sat in the chair staring blankly at nothing ahead of her. She thought she was doing so well...she thought she was having some sort of progress since she checked herself in to the hospital. She closed her eyes for a moment, feeling weak and light headed, guilt wrenching her heart. No matter how hard she tried, no matter what she did, how much she ran she always would hurt someone, destroy lives or worse ..end them. She didn't even feel anger at this point, or sadness or self pity..no at this point it had gotten so bad she felt blank, empty, she felt so fed up with this repeated situation she was caught in she felt nothing at all.
She didn't like the hospital of course but before this event she hadn't had an episode in months. And better yet she was learning to control her powers , where it comes from inside her. For the first time in her life she wasn't afraid but now...
"Miss Sherman?" a mans voice called out from behind her. She didn't stir, didn't acknowledge it. What was the point? , nothing could be said or done to change what happened. What she did. "I'm Agent Myers if the FBI " he attempted again to speak to her. Silence. "Uh..Miss Sherman?...can I....call you Liz?..." he asked obviously feeling awkward by her lack of responses or eye contact even.
"It's a beautiful name" he finally added making her finally crack abit of a snarky smirk across her face "60 percent of all women in the world are named Liz" she replied dryly, unamused. The man paused "Well its uh...impressive by my standards my name is John...John T Myers." she turned her head looking at him now. Rather looking down at him like an uninvited guest. "Dr Broom asked me to invite you back to the bureau no special precautions,no security escorts,just uh you and me in a taxi just like regular folks" he talked as she continued to stare blankly at him. She didn't wanna head back there again she thought inside herself not answering him. A long silence between them, but she felt a pit of despair in her chest, the horrible truth that on her own she couldn't control herself, maybe the bureau was one of the last places she could stay at. The safest for both herself and others...and the only place she could belong with the other freaks...
